Historic Designation: Secured a spot on the prestigious NY State Register of Historic Places.

Preserving Sugar Loaf Mountain: Played a key role in its acquisition to safeguard its natural beauty.

Infrastructure Improvements: Championed the town's takeover of Kings Highway, unlocking opportunities for enhancement, including securing a $400k grant for new sidewalks.

Community Events: Organize concerts and cultural events at the Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center and host the annual Sugar Loaf 5K race.

Beautification Efforts: Maintain the business district with tree and flower plantings and enhance Margolis Park, the gateway to Sugar Loaf.
